Patterns and waves, dynamical systems seminar spring 2015

This seminar is intented for advanced bachelor students, master students, PhD candidates and other staff members with an interest in pattern formation.

The venue is Snellius room 402, Fridays 11h15-13h00.

Students are asked to give a presentation (2 x 45 minutes) and to make an assignment that the other students must do and hand in. This assignment should be handed out at the end of the presentation. The solution including an explanation about the different steps should be given to the assistance. Also, students are asked to write a summary about presentation not given by themselves. Feedback to the summary is asked from the presenter. Students are expected to attend every presentation. Please inform Corine or Vivi if you are unable to attend.

All the different parts are graded separately.

The students have one week to complete the assignments. The summary should be no longer than 1500 words and has to be handed in two weeks after the regarding presentation.
