About the seminar
Since 1993 the intercity number theory seminar
meets every other Friday at varying
locations in or close to Holland, most frequently in
Leiden, Groningen, Utrecht and Nijmegen.
The seminar is part
of DIAMANT.
The aim of the seminar is to provide a national platform
for research in number theory in the broadest sense.
The word Intercity refers
to the type of train that participants
take to get to the seminar.
The seminar banner at the top of this page
was designed by Richard Groenewegen.
Announcements of talks in the intercity seminar are distributed
through this website and through
the
Algebra and Geometry mailing list of the
Wiskundig Genootschap.
